Moving on.....

Just had contracts from the people buying our place, and it seems they 'd like to complete in 5 / 6 weeks - which is nice!

Now I've just got to find somewhere to stick about 10,000 pieces of vinyl, while we sort out where we're going to move to....  Got our eyes on somewhere that would be perfect..

However it appears the "100% Transferable Mortgage" we've got may not be quite as easily transferable as we were lead to believe  - so when we get the decision tomorrow, let's hope "Computer Says Yes" for once...
